The total price quoted/shared includes all applicable government taxes.
All flight tickets are non-refundable until specified.
You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights.
To avail of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare.
Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
All Tickets/Bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines / Supplier.
Special case like Unaccompanied minor, Special person, Disability, Pregnant women, VIP and others will be covered under airline policy only.
As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights.
For International flights, the check-in time is 3 hours before departure.
Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is under two years old.
Additional payment may be charged by the airline for seat/meal allocations.
My Ticket Creator can assist you with amendments to most bookings. In some cases, though, you'll need to contact the airline directly.
Every booking made on My Ticket Creator is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class. The charges levied by Airlines are Non-Refundable in case of cancellation post amendment.
If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However, if the new fare is lower than the original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded, but the rebooking charges as applicable will be collected.
In addition to the airline's amendment charges, My Ticket Creator charges a Non-Refundable amendment handling fee of INR 300 per passenger per segment within India Domestic bookings.
We'll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.
Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended.
For within India Domestic bookings, if you amend your ticket offline through our call center a Non-Refundable fee of INR 300 per passenger per segment will be charged in addition to airline's amendment charges.
For International bookings (Ex-India/To-India/Anywhere to Anywhere in the world), if you amend your ticket offline through our call center a Non-Refundable fee of INR 400 per passenger per segment will be charged in addition to airline's amendment charges.
Every booking made on My Ticket Creator is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy.
Convenience fee is non-refundable in case of ticket cancellation by the user, or flight cancellation by the airline.
Offline cancellations: We accept cancellation requests through phone. However, My Ticket Creator cancellation charges for such offline cancellations may be higher.
In addition to the airline's cancellation charges, for within India Domestic bookings, My Ticket Creator charges a Non-Refundable cancellation fee of INR 300 per passenger per sector.
For International bookings (Ex-India/To-India/Anywhere to Anywhere in the world), My Ticket Creator charges a Non-Refundable cancellation fee of INR 649 per passenger per ticket.
Only cancellation requests made telephonically, or by e-mail through our customer support shall be entertained.
It is mandatory to contact My Ticket Creator for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked with My Ticket Creator.
If you need a refund for paper tickets, please send them back to us. Your tickets must reach us within 48 hours of the time of cancellation so that we can get them endorsed by the airline for you.
If your paper ticket gets lost or damaged, the airline will not be able to process a refund request.
All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to My Ticket Creator by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process.
Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.
My Ticket Creator shall refund your cancellation only after the respective Airline/Service Provider processes to us your eligible refund.
The Airline reserves the right of admission or boarding for onward or return flight, in case the customer fails to board any segment of the travel for his itinerary.
My Ticket Creator shall not be responsible or liable for such refusal of admission or boarding.
GSTIN cannot be updated once booking is completed.
In case the customer is denied boarding due to VISA, Name, adequate funds or any other issues, My Ticket Creator is not liable for this.
My Ticket Creator will not be responsible for any flight reschedules/cancellations by the airline.

Hotel Policy
1. Purpose The purpose of this policy is to establish clear guidelines for hotel reservations made through MY TICKET CREATOR. This policy ensures transparency, clear communication, and efficient management of hotel bookings for all clients.
2. Scope This policy applies to: • All hotel bookings made through MY TICKET CREATOR • Individual travelers, corporate clients, and group bookings • Domestic and international hotel reservations arranged by the company
3. Booking Procedures 1. All hotel booking requests must be submitted through MY TICKET CREATOR via official communication channels such as email or booking request forms. 2. Clients must provide the following details when requesting a booking: o Guest full name(s) o Check-in and check-out dates o Room type o Number of guests o Special requests (if any) 3. A booking will be considered confirmed only after: o Availability is confirmed by the hotel o Full payment has been received by MY TICKET CREATOR o A hotel confirmation voucher has been issued to the client
4. Payment Terms • 100% advance payment is required to confirm any hotel booking. • Payments must be completed within the deadline provided by MY TICKET CREATOR. • Accepted payment methods may include: o Bank Transfer o UPI o Credit/Debit Card (if applicable) Failure to complete payment within the required time may result in cancellation of the booking request.
5. Non-Refundable Policy All hotel bookings made through MY TICKET CREATOR are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. This means: • No refunds will be issued for client cancellations. • No refunds will be provided for date changes, early departures, or no-shows. • Once a booking is confirmed and payment is completed, the amount cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Clients are advised to confirm their travel plans carefully before making any booking.
6. Amendments and Changes Requests for changes such as: • Date changes • Room type changes • Guest name corrections must be submitted to MY TICKET CREATOR. All amendments are subject to: • Hotel approval • Room availability • Possible rate differences or amendment fees Approval of changes is not guaranteed.
7. Special Requests Requests such as: • Early check-in • Late check-out • Extra beds • Non-smoking rooms will be communicated to the hotel by MY TICKET CREATOR, but fulfillment of these requests cannot be guaranteed and depends entirely on hotel availability.
8. Intermediary Responsibility Clause MY TICKET CREATOR acts solely as an intermediary between the client and the hotel or accommodation provider. The company is not responsible for: • Hotel service quality • Hotel staff behavior • Hotel facilities or amenities • Hotel overbooking • Operational issues at the hotel • Changes in hotel policies All services are provided directly by the hotel.
9. Supplier Liability Clause Hotels and accommodation providers are independent third-party suppliers. MY TICKET CREATOR shall not be liable for: • Service failures • Property conditions • Safety standards • Loss of guest property • Personal injury at the hotel premises Any claims regarding hotel services must be addressed directly with the hotel.
10. Force Majeure MY TICKET CREATOR shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to: • Natural disasters • Government restrictions • Pandemics or health emergencies • War or civil unrest • Transportation disruptions • Hotel closures or operational issues In such cases, refunds may not be possible due to supplier policies.
11. Chargeback Protection By making payment and confirming a booking with MY TICKET CREATOR, the client agrees to the non-refundable policy. Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals through banks or payment providers after booking confirmation. Such disputes will be treated as a violation of the agreed booking terms.
12. Identification and Check-In Compliance Guests must present valid government-issued identification at the time of hotel check-in. Failure to provide proper identification may result in denied check-in, and the booking will remain non-refundable.
13. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction Any disputes arising from bookings made through MY TICKET CREATOR shall be governed by the laws of India. All legal matters will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
14. Policy Acceptance By confirming a booking with MY TICKET CREATOR, the client confirms that they have: • Read this policy • Understood the terms and conditions • Agreed to the non-refundable policy and legal clauses
